Healing Hands: Par Health’s Mobile Health Unit in India
In a vast and diverse country like India, accessing healthcare can be a challenging journey, especially for those residing in remote regions, far from the hospitals or health facilities.
Since 2017, our dedicated team in India has taken a leadership role in improving healthcare accessibility through a partnership with Hand in Hand India. Our joint Mobile Health Unit has brought vital healthcare within reach for thousands of people.
More Than Medicine: Par Health’s Mobile Health Unit
Our Mobile Health Unit spans 33 villages and has served more than 230,000 patients. It offers a wide range of services, including pediatrics, gynecology, ophthalmology, urology, dental hygiene, and communicable disease management. It also provides health education, awareness programs, and specialized wellness camps that promote hygiene, healthy practices, and improved quality of life.
While its core mission is healthcare, the Mobile Health Unit represents something deeper: hope. For vulnerable populations, it’s a trusted presence—bringing not only medical support but also dignity and compassion.

The initiative has earned multiple corporate social responsibility awards and recognition for its role in improving health access, driving meaningful change, and exemplifying a successful public-private partnership.
